We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you in Udaipur, India! To make your journey as smooth as possible, here are some details to consider:

Arrival in Udaipur:

We recommend booking your flights to arrive in Udaipur by January 14th, 2025. Most international flights will land in either Delhi or Mumbai, from where you'll need to take a connecting flight to Udaipur.

Flying from the USA:

If you are flying from the USA, please be aware that flights generally arrive in Udaipur the following day or two days later, depending on your itinerary. To ensure you arrive on time, we suggest booking your departure from the USA on January 12th or 13th. Additionally, if you have the time and interest, consider flying into Delhi or Mumbai a day or two earlier to explore these vibrant cities before continuing on to Udaipur.

Airport Transfers:

To make your arrival stress-free, we have arranged transportation from Udaipur Airport to your accommodations. Whether you’re staying at the Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace or the Parallel Hotel, you’ll be greeted and transported directly to your hotel.

Accommodations:

We’ve taken care of your stay at either the Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace or the Parallel Hotel. For those staying at the Parallel Hotel, we’ll provide transportation to and from the wedding events.

Departure:

Check-out will be on the morning of January 17th, 2025, with a strict check-out time of 11:00 AM, as another wedding is scheduled at the Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace immediately after ours. We hope you enjoy your stay and the celebrations as much as we will!
